Refunds & Cancellations
How to raise a refund or cancellation, and what happens next.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Before you pay
Places in a cohort are limited and are confirmed only after payment and any application review. We confirm the refund and cancellation terms for your place in writing before we take any payment. If you have not received those terms, ask us for them first — do not pay.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email Aaron@avodaholdings.com from the address you used to pay, and tell us:
- Your name and the name of the program
- The date of payment
- Whether you want a refund, or to cancel future instalments
We aim to acknowledge every request within two business days and to resolve it within ten business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few further days to show it.
Monthly payment plans
The twelve-month plan is a fixed series of twelve payments, not an open-ended subscription. It is scheduled to stop automatically once the twelfth payment is taken.
If you want to stop a plan early, email us at the address above. Cancelling future instalments does not by itself refund payments already made — those are handled under the terms confirmed with you in writing.
If something goes wrong with a payment
If you are charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or charged after a plan should have ended, tell us and we will correct it. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster.
