Everything here is educational. The Avoda framework, the book, the guides, the podcast, and the tools describe a model we have built and taught. They are general information, not advice about your specific situation.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or mental-health advice. Church and business structures carry significant legal and tax consequences that depend on your jurisdiction and circumstances. Decide those with your own attorney and accountant before you act.

We make no promise about results, revenue, or outcomes. What happened at Homestead Manor took years and depended on its particular assets, people, timing, and community. Your results will differ.

Ask About Avoda generates answers using artificial intelligence, drawn from our own published teaching material. Automated answers can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not a professional opinion, and verify anything you intend to rely on.

Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information into the tool. We may review submitted questions to improve the material.

Take It Captive is a self-reflection exercise. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Cohorts and other paid programs are sold subject to these terms and to any written terms we give you before you pay. Places are limited and are confirmed only once payment and any application review are complete.

Where a program is paid in monthly instalments, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge that amount on the stated schedule until the agreed number of payments is complete.

We may decline or end a participation — with a fair refund of amounts covering the unused part — where someone is abusive, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive, do not attempt to break or overload the site, and do not scrape or bulk-extract its content.

If you send us feedback or questions, we may use them to improve our material, without identifying you.

The book, guides, curriculum, recordings, tools, and site content are owned by Avoda Consulting Group or used with permission. You may read and use them for your own personal or organisational purposes. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing program, without our written permission.

The site links to places we do not control, such as Facebook, Instagram, Apple Podcasts, and our payment processor. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The site and its tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avoda Consulting Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
